Technology consulting · Remote-first

We untangle the systems your business runs on.

Githon is a small technology consultancy. You work directly with its founder, a former big-tech engineer with more than 20 years of hands-on work across hardware and software. We assess, design and build systems, then hand them back in a state your team can run without us.

Services

Six ways we usually help.

Most clients start with one of these and add a second later. We work across stacks and vendors, and we do not resell products.

Architecture review

We read your code, infrastructure and incident history, then give you a ranked list of risks and what each one costs to fix.

Product engineering

We ship the next version of your web or mobile product, or rescue a stalled build, from the device to the backend.

Cloud & platform

Infrastructure as code, CI/CD and environments that a new hire can understand in a day.

Data & AI integration

Pipelines, distributed services and LLM features that are measured against real business data before they ship.

Reliability & security

We find the single points of failure, add the monitoring you are missing, and write the runbooks for your on-call team.

Fractional CTO

Part-time technical leadership for founders: hiring, vendor choices, and the decisions that are hard to reverse.

Approach

Four steps, in this order.

Every engagement follows the same sequence. You can stop after any step and keep everything we produced.

01 · WEEK 1

Diagnose

Interviews, code and infrastructure read-through, and a look at your real production data.

02 · WEEK 2

Design

A written plan with options, trade-offs and a recommendation. You approve it before we build.

03 · WEEKS 3+

Build

Short sprints with a demo at the end of each one. Work lands in your repositories, reviewed and tested.

04 · FINAL WEEK

Hand over

Docs, runbooks and pairing sessions until your team can run and change the system alone.

Team

Who you work with.

Githon is a small team on purpose. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and you always know who to call.

Colophon

This page is built from one string.

Every visual decision on this page comes from the 128-byte seed shown in the hero. Marked cells in the hero matrix are the bytes the design reads. The two hues come from the first saturated RGB triplets. Bytes 0x70 to 0x7C choose the polarity, typefaces, shapes, layout and interaction style, each from a short list. Color lightness and chroma are fixed per role in OKLCH, so every seed keeps readable contrast. The copy and the order of sections do not change. Hover a cell in the hero matrix to read its offset and value.

Why build a company site this way? We like decisions that trace back to a source. We bring the same habit to client work: every recommendation in our reports points to the code, the metric or the incident it came from.
